From farm preparation to butchering, packing and dispatch. This is the normal end-to-end timeframe we see for this product from the day your order is placed through to preparation and handover into the refrigerated courier network.
What can affect the schedule? Farmer preparation, livestock or stock readiness, butcher processing days and refrigerated courier runs all need to line up. Most orders are completed within the average schedule above, but fresh food logistics can occasionally move outside it. We will send your tracking details as soon as dispatch is booked and confirmed.

We are dedicated to raising high-quality cattle that are both productive and environmentally sustainable. We specialise in breeding and finishing of Speckle Park cattle, a breed known for its superior meat quality, adaptability, and docile temperament. Our farm is located just a stone's throw away from our hospo venue Maffco Brewery and Distillery and farm to fork restaurant TUCKA@Maffco. We are driven by our passion for the paddock-to-plate concept. This has led us to establish a commercial and stud herd of Speckle Park cattle and focus on sustainability and traceability.
