From Farm to Your Door

Step 1: Farm Allocation
Your order is allocated to a healthy, roaming animal on the farm. This beast is carefully selected and prepped for shipment to the abattoir. Typically, this process takes 2–3 days.
Step 2: Skilled Processing & Dry Aging
Your order is handled by skilled butchers, hung for a minimum of 12 days to dry age. This ensures maximum tenderness and top-quality flavour before cutting and packing.
Step 3: Packing & Delivery
After cutting and packing to your preferences, your order is shipped directly via trusted cold-chain couriers. Fresh, premium meat arrives straight to your door.
