Burton Family Beef is proudly owned and operated by Karl and Felicity Burton, alongside their three children, Kory, Marcus and Theo.

Based in South East Queensland, in the foothills of the famous Bunya Mountains, our cattle are born on soft forest country, raised on rich scrub soils and finished on pasture and fodder crops across the Darling Downs.

When the live cattle market became increasingly unstable, we saw an opportunity to take control of our future and bring our beef directly to Australian families. We have never looked back.

Today, we are proud to reduce food miles, deliver quality beef directly to our customers and promote safe, responsible and sustainable farming practices that we hope to pass on to our children — the next generation of farmers.

Meet Felicity

Felicity is the driving force behind Burton Family Beef, overseeing the day-to-day operations that bring their farm-raised beef directly to Australian families.

From managing orders and coordinating processing to supporting customers and keeping the business organised, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her dedication, attention to detail and genuine care are a huge part of what makes Burton Family Beef so special.

Together with Karl and their children, Felicity is helping build a strong future for their family farm while delivering quality beef with honesty, passion and a personal touch.
